Malcolm Coury - Managing Director

 

Malcolm started his career in financial services in 1983 with Financial Planning Services which was taken over by General Portfolio in 1988 and subsequently GAN in 1993. Following his resignation from GAN Malcolm set up Money Wise Independent Financial Advisers Ltd in 1997.  He has appeared regularly on the BBC's TV programme 'It's your money' and Radio 5 Live’s ‘Wake up to Money’ and holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and has facilitated courses for the Personal Finance Society (PFS) as well as speaking at several industry conferences. Malcolm was educated at the Oratory School, near Reading, has a degree in Combined Sciences from Southampton University and is a keen Bath Rugby supporter.  Contact Malcolm

Richard Armstrong - Director (Compliance & Wealth Management)

 

Richard has over 20 years Financial Services experience having originally trained in retail and corporate banking with NatWest. He has also worked for the top 5 accountancy firm, Grant Thornton, and headed the financial services division for a large regional law firm before joining Money Wise in November 2006. Richard holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and specialises in investments, trusts and inheritance tax planning. Contact Richard 

Duncan McKillop - Director (Intermediary & Third Party Business)

 

Duncan started his career in Financial Services over 20 years ago with Hill Samuel and then moved to Grosvenor Wood, a high net worth private client practice based in the City. Following the sale of Grosvenor Wood in 2006 Duncan ran the private client wealth management division for Cobalt Capital, before joining Money Wise in March 2009. Although based in Bath much of his working week remains City based. Duncan plays a key role in developing relationships with professional introducers including Solicitors and Accountants.  Contact Duncan
